1. Regarding accepting the project of Kabita.

The President of the meeting, Mr. Md. Omar Ali, started the meeting with greetings to everyone. President Saheb noted that in the year 2017-2018, in the year 2017, a total of 8 metric tons of food grains kabita is available for the renovation and maintenance of rural infrastructure from the office of Upazila Nirbahi Officer's office in favor of Kusha UP. There was a widespread discussion about taking the project in this meeting. At the end of the discussion, the following written projects are accepted. Decision to send the project to the Upazila Nirbahi Officer for approval and taking necessary action was taken.
